traffic with these stations is carried on under precisely

the same conditions as heretofore obtained in the case of

Canton. But the action of the Canton Authorities in re-

organising their wireless administration will, I trust, be

copied eventually by the other stations.

I am glad to report that the reception

accorded to the Postmaster General and his party was most cordial and may be regarded as another indication of the

friendly relations which for the time being obtain between this Colony and the neighbouring Province.

The Postmaster General's report is accompanied by a more technical report of Mr. L. H. King, the Electrical

Engineer of the Public Works Department, who accompanied Mr.

Breen.
